Faith

Faith is woven into every aspect of the day, providing Middle School students with a welcomed sense of purpose in a secure, happy and respectful environment.

•  Middle School retreats offer opportunities for reflection, goal-setting, bonding, and fun!
• 6th graders participate in the Living Saints Project, a program developed at O'Hara and now nationally recognized.
• Morality, human development, and decision-making skills are engaging topics taught from the perspective of God's plan for us.
• Religion instruction includes Church history, Old and New Testaments, liturgy, prayer, Catechism, Ten Commandments, and saints.
• Priestes are actively involved at O'Hara and are a valuable component of Middle School spiritual guidance.
• Leadership opportunities are plentiful and include leading prayer services and organizing Masses for younger grades.
