HOW TO APPLY FOR FACTS 2025-2026 GRANT & AID
- Visit https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
- Click Create a username & password/Create an Account on the sign in screen.
- Enter email address.
- Click Create a new FACTS Account.
- Enter demographic information for each section.
- Determine a username, password, 4-digit pin, and select telephone ID questions.
- From the applicant home screen click on Start Application to begin the application
- When prompted, search for and select O'Hara Catholic School as the school where you would like to apply for financial aid for the 2025-26 school year.
- Complete all sections of the application. Be prepared with information regarding household income and expenses.
- Required document unloads include:
- 2023 Tax Form 1040 (all pages & schedules)
- 2024 Applicant W-2 ( & Co-Applicant, if applicable; can be uploaded at a later date)
Important things to note:
- O'Hara's Grant & Aid Applications are available beginning January 1, 2025.
- Currently enrolled families must submit applications by January 31, 2025.
- $40 Grant & Aid Application fee due upon submission. This fee is paid directly to FACTS.
- Submission of O'Hara's Grant & Aid Application does not ensure offer of enrollment to prospective families.
